About / Background
A personality shaped by language.
Words have fascinated me for as long as I can remember. So it is no surprise that they eventually became the foundation of my work. And although localization is now my main focus, my earlier experience in copywriting and editorial work still plays an important part in how I approach each project.
Whenever I take on a text, I look beyond linguistic correctness. I pay attention to meaning, tone, rhythm, structure and all the details that shape the impression it makes on a Polish audience.
Every project requires a slightly different approach, but one thing remains constant: sensitivity to linguistic nuance and the belief that correctness is only the beginning.
